Our core programmes

The Family Empowerment Hub offers a range of specialised programmes tailored to meet the diverse needs of children, young people, and their families. Our approach is focused on understanding and responding to what you require, providing effective and practical solutions within our community.

ELF - learning & tuition

Flexible, interest-led learning through small-group and 1-to-1 tuition, focusing on core subjects and functional skills. We also offer re-engagement learning specifically for EOTAS (Educated Other Than At School) and EBSA learners (Emotionally Based School Avoidance). In addition to personalized learning approaches, we prioritize the integration of emotional and social skills development. This ensures that students not only excel academically but also build essential life skills that foster resilience, confidence, and effective communication. By creating a safe and supportive environment, we encourage students to express themselves, form positive relationships, and navigate challenges with greater ease.

Coaching

COMING SOON

Boost confidence and motivation, develop emotional regulation skills, and receive wellbeing support. We also provide transition coaching for return to school, and adulthood, holistic dyslexia and neurodiversity coaching, alongside parent coaching. Additionally, we offer social skills development sessions to help individuals improve their interpersonal communication and relationship-building abilities. These sessions focus on practical strategies for fostering healthy connections with peers and adults alike, enabling individuals to navigate social situations with confidence and ease, ultimately enhancing their overall quality of life.

Training

COMING SOON

At our organization, we empower parents with essential training on Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA), anxiety management, and home education. Our workshops equip parents with vital study and life skills, fostering independence in their children. We recognize the challenges of supporting learners at home, so our resources are tailored to families' unique needs. Additionally, we offer our Self-Approach training to schools, helping educators effectively support their students. Together, we can create a nurturing environment for both learners and their families throughout their educational journeys.

SENCo Consultancy Services

We understand the challenges schools and educators face in supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).  Assisting Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCos) is vital for ensuring all students receive the necessary support for their educational growth. Our services help SENCos manage their caseload effectively. We recognize that annual reviews are often time-consuming; we assist in organizing and conducting these assessments. Additionally, we help create and maintain pupil profiles, ensuring each student’s unique needs and progress are accurately documented. Our expertise also includes aiding in report writing, enabling SENCos to communicate their findings and recommendations clearly. By enhancing SENCos' operational capacity, we aim to foster an environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
